我曾經在此壇發過關於我參與處理的一個原黨員的移民申請案，現在

那個人已經拿到了，最近在“未名空間”也看到一個類似案子，麵談之後也拿到綠卡，現轉貼在下麵

所以，我不認為曾經有過黨員經曆會導致綠卡申請被拒，而且一般情況下，應該不需要到法律程序就可以解決
