I485 pending,I-140 approved in 2005, 想換工作,擔心case transfer

請教高手們,我是EB3,concurrent filed in Mar 2004. I140 was approved in Jun 2005 and now my I485 is still under pending. I've already used EAD and AP reentered the states. The case was filed to NSC. Now I am thinking about going either to Boston or California. However I don't know if my case will transfer to Vermont or California center. Recently I heard that all I140 and I485 cases had been relocated to either NSC or TSC. Will my case be transferred to Vermont Center if I change my job to Boston or will be transferred to California center if I transfer to California? I think my case is still on the shelf(not current yet, still 14 months time gap between). I need that GC desperately and don't want any further delay caused by job change. If that will cause delay I will perfer not change job (my current job is very secure and I just don't like the city). So can anybody give me some advice that if I should or should not change job? Any comments are highly appreciated.
