I-140 status update after approval

I submitted I-140/I-485 in Apr'05. My I-140 was approved in Feb'06. However, I noticed the most updated date for my I140 is in Jul'2006, but almost no change for I485 (still shows Sept'2005).

Can anyone advise why INS update I140 date after final approval. Thanks a lot.
