J-1 豁免 申請 case number 的網站出什麽問題了？

哪位大俠知道，這兩天從網上申請J-1簽證豁免的Case number的網站：https://j1visawaiverrecommendation.state.gov/ 登不上去了。一輸入就顯示：

An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator.

這是怎麽回事啊？真急人啊！
