This is so true, it is hard to imagine after all the lies and procrastinations from BPC, people are still believing what they say. When BPC was first established, they told people they would close down in 2 years, which is Ocb 2006. Of course they won't do what they say. Even they finished data entry now, they are beginning to process regular cases (instead of RIRs alone). It takes them much much more time to handle regular cases than RIR cases. It is hard to image that RIR processing will speed up, which most of we Chinese people fall under. Just my 2 cents. Plus, per my understanding, most people who are still at BPC are those whose companies refuse to file PERM or who are EB3.
