Perm application_ NEED HELP

I have perm application in Altanta office for more than 5 months and I had one LC in Backlog center which is already cancelled after I swithed my employer last year. Somebody said that my delay of perm is due to the LC case in backlog center, is that true?

My lawyer checked with Altanta office. the response is just" Be patient".
What's the solution be??
