Xiaobaitu, How should I do

Dear Xiaobaitu,

I am really impressed by your spirit. I respect you very much!

I have a complicated case. Last October I filed for EB-1. It was approved in Nov.
Because the visa retrogression, I filed the second I-140 and I485 concurrent filing on Jan 2006 under Schedule A category. They are pending in TSC
My question is the following:

1. Can I file the second I-485 base on approved EB-1 I-140
2.Can I transfer My Schedule A I-485 to EB-1 Category
3.If both of the above methods would work, which one should I do?
