why we all receive the green cards, but not my 6 year son?

whicn a week oafter 485 in VSC were approved, we all got the the cards, but my 6 year son did not, but his case was also approved, however in the notice did not say any new card ordering or mailing, anybody knows why or have you ever had the same situation?
