I want to know that:
Due the the facts that: the recap of H1B is going to running out, and my less pleasant feeling with my current employer, I would like to know what options I have.
1/ Find another job, But it's not only about the hardness of seeking another job, but also the time issue. By the time, I have a new job, the recap is totally gone. And I can not wait until Oct 2004 since my EAD card is only good until Jul 2004.
2/ Back to student visa. Problem, it is late to apply another degree. Usually the for the fall term, the deadline is Jan, and last Dec. Do you know any school, any department is still open? And the entry is not that hard?
Please give me suggestion. Thank you.
