I got into a much worse situation

Here is my situation, Last may, I submit two I-140 petitions (NIW & EB1-OR) and a I-485 petition which linked to NIW. Then I got RFE for my NIW. Before I started to response the RFE, my EB1-OR is approved. So we decided to withdraw NIW and sent USCIs a letter to change my I-485 link to approved EB1-or. 6 months later they denied my NIW which is reasonable but they also denied my I-485 based on my NIW, THEY DID NOT CHANGE THE LINK! we wrote back to let them know that it is error. But they sent back saying that I need a new petition I-485 for the approved I-140. Here is a question for Xiaobaitu, how long does it take to process my new I-485 as my PD is current? Any suggestion?
