In my recent experience, I had talked to my family doctor and insurance. It takes time to get blood work done by the lab associated with my family doctor. Family doctor does chanrge a fee ($30)for administering vaccines. You may have to go to phamacy (I use CVS) to pick up vaccines and pay co-pay. My Insurance won't cover all of them as well.

I don't have much time and energy for everything. So I found a Chinese (NJ) who charges $140 for physical, $80 for blood test (HIV), and $120 for all missing vaccines. Evrrything was done in a timely manner so you can file I485 early. After all, you may end up with very similar cost any way. Good luck.
