Xiaobaitu and other experts:140 approved-H-1 transfer

NIW140 was approved,but 485 is pending, transfer H-1 from one University to another, is this right? or have to apply for EAD? The new University has applied H-1, but I found they chose I didn't apply for 485 even I chose yes.
will this be trouble for H-1 approval? thanks a lot for your information.
