I did visa validation in 2002. It took 85 days from the day I mailed out till I fot my PP back.

I sent my PP again last Oct 30. I did not check my status yet. However, if I did not recieve it by the end of Jan 04. I will check with State Department.

I do not think they would like to tell you the accurate date they recevied your PP since they do not check for you at all in the monment you talked with them.
