INS knows that they will deny a lot NIWs, so they will not wait for those pending cases, beside NIW, there have a small number of chinese employer based EB2, this is the reason why chinese EB2 advance so fast.

The reason they want to cancel I-140 and I485 concurrent filing policy is for NIW filers.

August bulletin will advance another 6 months at least.
