NIW just means you do not need a Labor Ceritificate.

But you still need a job to support yourself and your dependents wwhich is required by 485 application.

Find a job ASAP in the similar area. Otherwise you will have trouble unless your 485 is approved directly without interviewing. Do not risk yourself.
