xiaobaitu, please help regarding I-485

Hi, Xiaobaitu, I need your help. I submitted my I-140 and I-485 on Sep 05 via NIW. Recently my I-140 has been approved and I-485 is pending. Can I marry my girlfriend now and let her file I-485 too? So we can receive the Green card together. Is it too late now? Will it affect my I-485 at all? Thank you and your help is really appreciated.
