XIaobaitu Please help

I submitted NIW petition (I140) in March. Then in Mid-April, i submitted H-4 petition. Now it seems that both petitions stuck. I got a simple RFE on NIW to submit ETA 750B and I submitted the response on May 10th (confirmed by the USCIS website). Since then, neither of the cases moves.

I am wondering that whether the pending H-4 stuck my I-140 cases.

Please help and give me advice. Thanks!
