3. Ph.D. diploma
4. Curricula Vitae and working experiences
5. Selected Publications, citation, request letters or cars for your publication
6. Evidence of your membership in scientific societies
7, Any awards you obtained, conference you attended
8. Recommendation letters about 10
9. Employment letter from your present and previous employer? May only need for I485
