I485 RFE May 2005 (medical exam, birth certificate), return May 2005
LUD changed May 2005 atter REF received and never change again till today
2nd FP March 2006 (Code 3 for Adults and Code 2 for Child)
I485 Approved by e-mai 7/7/06 including family
