Pls help: H1B ->H4 ->H1B

Hi friends,

My current status is H4 processing, I just got an offer I need transfer back to H1B. I have the following question to seek your help.

1. How long does it normally take to make me legally start to work? Am I belonging to the H1B transfer catogory?

2. Any one know how much does it cost?
