here is my situation, i am H1B, which will be expired 07/20/2006 and my lawyer has submit extension application last friday. right now, i do not have recieve notice yet and i think, i will get decision at least 1.5 month.
so, how should i fill expiration date for now, 07/20/2006 or something else?
