I guess it is hard to predict this month, maybe he does not want to brigh about controversy:)) We will have a better idea of how PD goes based on the result of this month. I think it may be Sep 01-2005 this time, although I really wish it could move beyond that. Keep our fingers crossed. Hope I can file 485 (Nov-2005, EB2) before the end of this year.
