今天收到一封來自CSC-XII.485@dhs.gov 的EMAIL 內容如下　請問我是否真的以後可以通過電話查詢我的ＣＡＳＥ因為上周去ＬＯＣＡＬ　ＯＦＦＩＣＥ　問的時候，那個ＯＦＦＩＣＥＲ說我應該每隔三個月去ＯＦＦＩＣＥ查詢一次．
希望大家給個答複．這個ＮＡＭＥ　ＣＨＥＣＫ　已經快一年了啊．鬱悶中．
