Just called CIS, was told they didn't receive the notice from FB

They said both I and they should receive the notice once it is approved. Is it right? Does it mean my name check is not approved for sure. My I485 has been filed since 12/2005 and I have a very early PD at 2000/2.

Should I do anything now? Which FBI number should I call?
