回複：how do you know the date your NC submitted to FBI?

I did two things, and get the same result on when my case send to FBI for NC. You can do the same thing.

1) schedule InfoPass and ask why your case still pending if PD and process date is already passed.

2) (Per this forum, it is only work for TSC) .Call 1-800, enter your other case number ( such as I-131, I-140), wheh ask for more options, select you have multiple case, then the call will be forwared TSC, and veru high chance the reprenetives will tell you when the NC sending to FBI.

For sure, you can ask senator for help, but I do not use that.
