she also told me the reason Eb2 china advance a lot latest, becasue most of chinese EB2 from NIW, (unlike india, most of them from employment based) INS is not count all pending NIW I-485s(I-140 unapproved) for the total visa number becasue some of them will be denied. They will estimate this number, but she does not know how they estimate it.

Anyhow, she told me that she can tell that DOS is under pressure if they waste visa numbers. because immigration is a sensitive topic now.

If a lot of case is filed next month after the big push It is also possilbe the chinese EB2 will move back but not much.
