我家的情況如下：
NSC EB2
11/2001：file LC
04/2004: file 140
11/2004: 140 批了
03/2006：primary applicant's 485 LUD （僅此一次）
03/2006: primary applicant's 485 批了
06/2006：dependent applicant's 485 LUD （僅此一次）
07/05/2006：dependent applicant's 485 批了
期間3次FP, name check 至少1年，但不知道什麽時候好了。
