My I140EA was submitted last September and my I485 was approved very recently.
When I submitted my I485, my daughter was still in China. Right now she is in USA.
I am just trying to submit the I485 for her since my PD just became current last month. But very luckly, my I485 was approved at this time.
My question is:
May I still apply I485 for my daughter after approval of my I485?
If not, what else should I apply for her?
