古道西風, Thanks for answer Name Check for Child. I response my 485 REF almost 3 weeks but no any news. Is possible they will bind my process (I think all of my step as name check almost finish, my PD is July 2003) with my child together?

Have any suggestion can know where is the name check of my daughter? I mean it's still need FBI check it in China? we almost stay here for 5 years.

Any action can speed this process? Just a Child's name check, right?
