show a permanent empolyment, but three thing you should show CIS:

1) A legal working histry.
2) You are NIW, not EB1B/EB3, permanent job is not request.
3) Show current employer letter: include
A: describing your present job (same as NIW direction)
B: offered salary or wage (show valuable as your NIW describe)
C: start and stop date/by organization
