I'm not xiaobatu, but some suggestions for you

first, pw is the salary company promised to pay after you get gc. in your case, if you can conveince your boss, try your best and good luck.

second, if you cannot, change your job asap, it is not worth to waste your time there, that is the lesson i learnt. hanging out there wont do you any good. i believe with what you said, it will be easy to find a similar or better job, tell interviewer the first place and start gc application over. if your wage is close to wg, hr wont have much objection.

third, never trust hr, neither CEO or whatsoever.
