Just recieved e-mai notice about my I485 case status (see below). Does it mean my I485 get approved?

EB1B, I140 filed on May 17, 2005, approved on June 30, 2005
I485 concurrently filed, FP Oct. 28, 2005, code 3
NSC

Yesterday I went to local congressman's office for assistant ( I followed the suggestion from the top article). They called USCIS. And today I recieved this notice.
