140 (NIW EB2) and 485 filed at the same time before 10/01/2005 (probably 09/25) in CA, case was transferred to Texas in March, on 06/28 got email notice saying the case had been approved.

Ph.D. (2002) in Materials Science in US, Postdoc and current company work in Nanotech Field
3 recommendations letters, one from postdoc advisor, one from current company president, one from army collaborator (with current company) . 18 papers, 9 first author, average impact factor of these journals ~5, two papers highlighted in Science (editor’s choice) and ACS (heart cut), the 18 papers were cited close to 200 times, 2 reviewer experiences, 1 ACS meeting award, two university fellowship awards, ACS member
