國家利益豁免--還是不懂呀.謝謝

我馬上要博士畢業了.隻有再讀博士後一條路--這還是我導師幫我,因為他需要我的文章;但也隻會有2年.我想申請國家利益豁免來辦理綠卡,可我到現在沒一篇文章, 因為我們這行發文章太難了,現在正在寫2篇文章.可至少2年後才有可能發表.隻有在中國的10年工作經驗.請過來人建議一下,整個過程2年夠嗎? 成功機會如何?萬一失敗,我該怎麽辦?我妻子還在讀碩士.謝謝大家的建議.
