do step by step according to the instruction

1. open web page: www.uscis.gov
2. among the right column, find "Case Status & Processing Dates" and click it.
3.among the left column (which is in blue area), find "register" and click it.
4.follow the instuction to "Create a Portfolio Account"

then you can check the date of LUD
