I just received my 485 RFE as followed, could you please give me any suggestions?
Please also submit the evidence that any and all employment June 15, 2005 was authorized by this Service. Such evidence may include, but not limited to:
1. Copies of I-94
2. Copies of I-20
3. Copies of IAP-66
4. Copies of I-797
5. Copies of the passport, including...
6. Copies of any and all EADs..
Becasue I submitted my 485 in Feb. 2005 and my H1B was renewed in April 2005, the old H1B expired on June 14 2005, the immigration officer asked me submit the evidence that confirm I am leagally employed after June 15, 2005.
MY QUESTION: should I submit all of I-94, I-797 and passport including visa page, or I just need to submit the I-797 approval notice that is valid from June 15, 2005? I submitted the copies of I-94, I-797 (except the one after June 15 2005) and passport in my original submission. The 485 RFE envelop is so small, I am afraid it is not big enough if I submit all of those. Please XDJM with experience give me a hand!
