help with I485 , our I140 approved (NIW, EB2),

but will lost job soon. I485 still pending, have work permit. Got good job offer from China. A job offer here in USA, but not the same field. I also plan to initiate a samll research company here. Any expert can help analysis this situation please,which way will be the best for green card stiation? Thanks.
