Sponsor parents to canada

I got a question on sponsoring parent's green card. I turned in the complete immigration application for my parents (including eligibility form), I was employed in canada and met the requirements. Now, I am working in the states and my parent's application is about 5 months to the current processing date. when it is the time to process my parent's application, will canada immigration officer ask for my current information to access my eligibility to sponsor my parents? Do my current situation meet the eligibility requirement? If not, does anyone have experience or knowledge on how to pass the requirement?

We have waited for long time to my parents' application and it is hard to see it fail. We really appreciate your help and information. Thank you!
