Radiology and others, one more question, please

Hi, thanks for you kind reply before. I hope you can give me one more suggestion. I submitted my 485 last March (the end of the March) and need to submit my wife's 485 most likely on August 1st. Theoretically, there is a chance that my 485 got approved before my wife's 485 are filed for whatever reason. Although I know this chance is very small, but I would like to know what will happen or what should we do if this happens? My wife is on a H4 visa. Thanks a lot.
