I am dealing RFE recently, How risky it would be if I use EAD to work?
--risky depends on what kind REF, how you response the RFE.

If in case I have to appeal for denial, is the EAD effective during that period?
--I-485 is denial, EAD become invalid

We have never used the EAD, can we renew it?
--If I-485 pending, u can renew it.

We filed EAD in VSC, right now we are in NSC area. If we renew EAD, which center should file the renewal?
--apply/renew from center or local office, if u case (I-485) is in VSC, u have to file to VSC.
