document problem

I am ready to submit my I-485. But I find that my notarized birth certificate is not good version. Is it a good idea to send the I-485 to INS at first and then prepare for a good version notoarized birth certificate in case they ask for it again. Or I will not submit I-485 to INS until I get a good one?
