My I-485 was updated in June 1 (VSC EB1, PD 10/2004). I just got the new FP notice, 15 months from my 1st FP. The notice says my 1st FP has expired. Does this mean they are actively processing my case, or this is just a regular new FP notice, and I need to wait another long term for 2nd time of background check? It is so disappointing.
