talk with reprensitative about the case status

I called the customer service center two days ago, and a lady told me my security check has come back from FBI, but today When Called again, another lady told me the check is pending in FBI, and she could tell from the computer system when they sent to FBI. but in this forum, ***** said he got the date when his check was sent to FBI from the reprensitative.
why two reprensitative gave different answers?
