請大家解釋一下485FP的事情

搜索了過去的帖子，弄得更糊塗。

今天收到Biometrics Notice. 安排在6/26/2006 8:00AM. 讓我糊塗的是上麵寫著：
Please appear at the below application support center at the date and time specified. If you fail to appear as scheduled, your application will be considered abandoned.

下麵又有一段話：
REQUEST FOR RESCHEDULING
If you are unable to appear at this time, you may go on any FOLLOWING Wednesday at the same time noted above, as long as you appear before 09/10/2006. If you do not have your biometrics taken by that date, your application will be considered abandoned.

我的問題是：是不是不用打電話或寫信reschedule,直接在後麵的某個周三去就行？
