xiaobaitu, I don't have H1 visa stamp in my passport(F1-H1). Can my wife get an H4 visa in China? I heard someone got rejected for H4 because his wife transferred F1 to H1 in US without going back China to get a H1visa stamp. Thank you for your kindness.
