Just to share a little about my Schedule A-II case, which was filed in CSC in March, transfered to TCS in April, and approved today. The best about Schedule A is that the visa number has been current and there hasn't been a backlog for this. I also filed EBII(PERM) for backup but that has a year to become current. For the Schedule A-II case, my lawyers and I pretty much did two cases--one was similiar to the Labor Certficate (without the final labor certificate) and one was to demonstrate my extraordinary ability. So I think for those of you who are concerned about the backlog, this might be another option. Back then, my lawyer said schedule A-II was the thing before NIW even existed and when NIW came into being, nobody really used it but she thought perhaps more lawyers would go through it if more backlogs happen.
Good luck to everyone.
