Just called USCIS California service center....

My wife got her second FP last week but I didn't.

I called USCIS California service center 3 times and asked them about my name checking and FP.

At the 1st time, a lady said my name check is clear. She didn't take time to answer my question. So I think her answer is not reliable.

At the 2nd time, a lady took some time on her keyboard before answer my question. She told me that my case is still waiting for something, my name check is still not clear yet.

This morning, a lady told me that my case will not begin the name checking until they receive my FP. She will send out a FP notice to me.


Totally confused. I thought they began to do the name check after they got my first FP in last June.
