Labor Cert 五月approved, I140 和I485 可以先在一起交嗎？學校的負責人說現在可以一起交（包括Biometric info and Medical examination),盡管PD not current. 可是 my lawyer 說不行,必須等排期到了才能交485.Who is right? Thanks a lot!
