I 485 pending over 180 天，　在同一大學內換工作，算換雇主嗎？

My I140 (EB1b) has been approved and I485 has been pending over 180 days. If I switch my job to another department within the same college and same university, do I have to file job change notice (AC21) to USCIS? Does this mean that I have changed the employer? Thanks for your advice.
