parents visa application questions

My parents submitted visa application doc to US embassy in Beijing via Zhongxin Bank. This is the 5th times for them to visit us in the last 8 years. And in their most two recent visits, they all went back without any visa extension. However, their applications were returned by asking to provide more documents including tax return, bank statements and status changing doc (we got green cards about 2 years ago).

Any friends here have similar experience? I would appreciate if you could share if any. What is the probability for them to apply in person successfully after providing these documents. Thanks.
